GUIDELINES FOR PREPARING AND SUBMITTING SCIENTIFIC PAPERS
ORIGINAL WORKS
- Only original, previously unpublished, and not presented at other conferences works are accepted.
- All papers regardless of its presentation format at the conference must be submitted to the organizing committee.
AUTHORS
- The person submitting the abstracts automatically becomes the first author. If you want someone else to be the first author, ask him or her to submit the abstracts from his or her personal account.
- The maximum number of authors is 8.
- For each author, an email address must be provided.
TITLE
- The title should not exceed 20 words.
TEXT OF THE PAPER

We recommend you structure your abstract using the following headings: Background/Introduction.
• Purpose
• Methods
• Results
• Conclusion(s). - The maximum number of words in all parts of the paper is 450.
- Figures and tables are allowed (up to 2 in the paper).
AUTHOR'S VIDEO PRESENTATION
- This is a short video in which the authors describe the topic and results of their work and explains why the work is important for practice and/or science.
- For abstracts in English, the author's video presentation is mandatory, and the video presentation should also be in English. For abstracts in Russian, the recording of the video presentation is not mandatory but desirable.
- The purpose of the video presentation is to demonstrate to the committee the author's ability to present results of their works in front of an audience.
- The duration of the presentation should be 2-5 minutes.
- The author's video presentations can be recorded on a smartphone.
- Save the video presentation on one of the following file storage servers: Dropbox, Google Drive, Yandex Disk, Mail.ru Disk.
- Provide a public download link for the file.
PRESENTATION FORMAT OF THE PAPER
- When submitting the abstracts, you can choose the presentation format for the conference.
- Oral presentation - a short speech onsite with the presentation. Oral presentations are evaluated by the committee, and winners are selected among the Oral Presentation Contest.
- Poster presentation - preparation of a poster presentation based on the abstracts. Conference participants vote for the best poster presentation, selecting the winner of the Poster Presentation Contest.
- Video presentation - a short onsite presentation using video vignette of the operation, diagnostic method, treatment technique, etc., without slides. Video presentations are evaluated by the committee, and winners are selected among the Video Presentation Contest.
REQUIREMENTS FOR VIDEO PRESENTATIONS
- The duration of the video should not exceed 5 minutes.
- File size should not exceed 350 MB.
- Video formats should be MOV, MPEG4, AVI, WMV, MPEGPS, FLV, 3GPP, WebM, with the best possible quality.
- Save the video on one of the following file storage servers: Dropbox, Google Drive, Yandex Disk, Mail.ru Disk.
- Provide a public download link for the file.
